Fees
Guidance on how we price financial audits of treasury management applications. Final fees follow a written engagement letter.
Pricing reflects the breadth of modules in scope, the number of legal entities sharing the application, and whether fieldwork includes on-site days in Bangkok. Figures below are starting guidance in Thai baht (THB), exclusive of VAT where applicable. They are informational only — not a checkout or online purchase.
| Engagement | Typical starting point | What moves the fee |
|---|---|---|
| Treasury Application Audit (flagship) | From THB 420,000 | Extra entities, deal modules, bank interface depth |
| Payment Control Review | From THB 180,000 | Number of payment channels and authorisation layers |
| Pre-Go-Live Readiness Review | From THB 240,000 | Module set and workshop volume before cutover |
| Treasury Control Health Check | From THB 28,000 per day | Sample size and travel for on-site days |
Estimate factors we always ask about
- Which treasury management application and version you run
- Legal entities and currencies posting through it
- Whether payments, deals, liquidity, and bank connectivity are all in scope
- Access model (direct supervised access vs. extract-based evidence)
- Preferred timing relative to month-end or year-end close
Deposits and invoicing
A 40% deposit is invoiced when the engagement letter is signed. The balance is due on delivery of the final report (or readiness memo). Travel outside greater Bangkok, if requested, is billed at cost with prior approval.
What is not included
Implementation of remediation, software licences, and statutory audit opinions are outside these fees. If you need a formal letter for a bank or regulator, say so during scoping so wording and liability limits can be agreed in advance.
Request a scoping call for a written estimate tied to your application and entities.
