Data we collect

We do not ask for national identification numbers, payment card data, or unnecessary sensitive personal data through the website form.

Purposes

We process personal data to respond to enquiries, prepare engagement letters, deliver audit fieldwork and reporting, maintain professional records, and improve the clarity of our website experience (where analytics cookies are accepted).

Where Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) applies, we rely on contractual necessity for engagement delivery, legitimate interests for responding to business enquiries and securing our site, and consent where required for non-essential cookies.

Retention

  • Engagement working papers and reports: retained for periods required by professional practice and the engagement letter, typically not less than seven years

Sharing

We share personal data only with processors who support email, hosting, or document storage under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law. We do not sell personal data.

International transfers

If tools used for email or document storage process data outside Thailand, we take steps appropriate under the PDPA, including contractual safeguards with providers. Engagement evidence remains subject to client confidentiality terms.

Your rights

Security

We use access controls, least-privilege practices for engagement files, and encrypted transport for the website. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please avoid sending highly sensitive credentials through the public contact form.
