Control-focused readiness review before a new treasury management application or major module goes live — policies mapped to configuration, not a project management audit.
Purpose
Before cutover, we compare your intended treasury policies — who may book deals, who may release payments, how forecast adjustments are approved — against the configuration planned in the new application. Gaps are raised while there is still time to change roles and workflows.
Deliverable
A readiness memo with open control defects, residual risks acceptable for go-live, and a short list of day-one monitoring checks for the first month of live operations.
