Descriptions of engagements, fees, and timelines on this website are informational. Binding terms appear only in a signed engagement letter between Dev Index Core and the client. Nothing on the site constitutes an audit opinion, legal advice, or an offer capable of acceptance by browse-wrap alone.
Client responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information about their treasury management applications, access arrangements, and known control workarounds. Delays in evidence or access may extend timelines stated in the engagement letter. Clients remain responsible for implementing remediation unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Intellectual property
Site content, report templates, and methodology descriptions are owned by Dev Index Core or its licensors. Engagement reports are licensed to the named client for internal use, including sharing with auditors, banks, and regulators as needed for the client’s governance. Redistribution of our methodology materials for commercial training or resale requires prior written consent.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Thailand, Dev Index Core is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of this website. For paid engagements, liability is limited as set out in the engagement letter, typically capped at the fees paid for that engagement, except where liability cannot be limited by law (including fraud or wilful misconduct).
Website accuracy
We aim to keep website information current but do not warrant that every page is complete or error-free. Fee ranges and timelines may change without prior notice on the site until reflected in an engagement letter.

Governing law
